    Animal Tracks Veterinary Service LLC
was established in 2006 when Dr. Lenay Kumlin and Dr. Erica Bass
joined forces with the intent of providing Vernon County with a full service
diagnostic and client oriented companion animal veterinary facility.

Dr. Lenay Kumlin received her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine
from Michigan State University in 1997 and moved to Viroqua,
Wisconsin to start practicing veterinary medicine. She worked in
a mixed animal practice for 9 years working with dogs, cats, horses,
cows, sheep, goats and the occasional alpaca/llama. Although she
enjoyed large animal medicine, her interest shifted to focus on
companion animal medicine and surgery since she partnered
with Dr. Erica Bass to form Animal Tracks Veterinary Service. She
is a member of the American and Wisconsin Veterinary Medical
Associations. She has a young family and enjoys spending time with
them. She is active in many organizations outside of veterinary
medicine including the Vernon Women Investors, Viroqua Partners,
Vernon Memorial Foundation, and 4-H. Dr. Kumlin is very interested
in dog obedience and will be very involved in programs in the
Training Facility within the new clinic. She has several pets at home,
including her Labrador Retriever, "Glory", Welsh Terrier, "Finn" and
   cat, "Bagheera".

Dr. Erica Bass received her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from
the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2004 and moved to Viroqua,
Wisconsin to start her career in veterinary medicine. She is interested
in companion animal medicine and partnered with Dr. Lenay Kumlin to
form Animal Tracks Veterinary Service in August 2006. She is a member
of the American and Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Associations. She
enjoys spending time with her family, camping, gardening, and working
around the house. Dr. Bass is very active in the English Lutheran
Church in Viroqua. She is interested in internal medicine, especially
geriatric evaluations. In the future, she would like to incorporate
complementary alternative medicine into her practice. She has a farm
with sheep and beef, a puggle "Wesley" and two cats, "Gwen"
   and "Morgan".
